If you’re under the age of 18, please get your parents’ permission before reading this blog post.

This post concerns a blog posting by a disgruntled former T-D employee that actually has a lot to do with this campaign.

Jaemie was a graphic designer who was a decent employee. She left to work for Penn Highlands Community College. I’m not sure if she’s still there or not.

When she heard about my decision to run, she apparently went ballistic, and wrote a nasty blog.  I’m posting it here because it has a lot to do with government and politics, if you can get through the bitterness throughout the text.

In my speeches and on my Website and in much of my writing, I talk about the need for reducing government, eliminating bureacracies, making things more efficient, and reducing costs.

The reason this doesn’t happen in government is because politicians are resistant to offend those who will be impacted by putting government on a diet.

We need people from the private sector, who have experience managing costs in a difficult economy, and know how to make tough decisions, even if they cause people to write things like this about them.

I have no malice for Jaemie, and I wish her well. She was at the T-D during tough times, when austerity was the rule. But we had to make hard choices, and we needed to reduce costs.

We need to make tough decisions in Harrisburg, and I know how to to that.

Good luck to you, Jaemie.
