I received a piece of junk mail Saturday, this one from the IRS.

The notification, which cost federal taxpayers $42 million, informed me that I may be getting a tax refund as part of the federal Economic Stimulus Act of 2008. 

Ron Paul said this act is tantamount to borrowing billions from the Chinese government so we could buy billions worth of toys from the Chinese. 

The best part of this program is the clause in the mailer that says “Even if you pay no income tax … you may receive a payment …” 

I didn’t buy a new Chevy this month, but I sure would like one of those GM rebates!
