First Fundraiser Scheduled 3/18/2008
Our first fundraiser, to be held shortly after the April 22nd primary, has been scheduled.
The event is set for Tuesday, April 29th, from 6:00 p.m. to 8 p.m., at the Solomon Run Fire Hall, at 176 Mt. Airy Drive in Richland.
Wait a minute! The Solomon Run Fire Hall isn’t even in the district! That’s right, but we’ll be holding plenty of these events throughout the district. This is our first, and we wanted it to be centrally located to most of the district. Because this venue is so close to 219, anyone can get there fairly easily.
We’ll have good food, good music, and good fun, so please dress casually. I’ll be wearing my trademark boots, or at least one pair of my trademark boots.
